About us

Begin with the accordant concept and ideology of the new young generation in the present day leads to the integration for doing creative activities for the society. In order to be the reflection to the society to see a new dynamic of the present generation who has strong intention to inherit the demand of the former generation who hope to see our society to be full of equality, right and liberty that are opened to all Thai people. With both their industriousness and mindfulness that aims to create the very good thing to happen in our society from the concept and ideology that were transferred by their parents. As a result, it has been generated the group that inherits the democracy.

Under the name of “Rangids” group that inherits from the “October 14 people” group who has fought and requested for democracy for Thai people and Thailand with the never change standpoint so far. With the continuously fighting period of more than 70 years in order to attain the full piece of democracy from the deepest north to the deepest south and from the east to the west, we may have to take more time for many years to get through. In order to have the democracy to build up all people well being and not to be treated unfair from the powerful and influential people and it may take many years for Thai people can know how to apply their own rights and also have equally freedom. But, the beginning of democracy has already occurred and it is not too long for Thai people to wait for the completely blooming of democracy throughout the Thai societies.

Our purposes

1. To support and encourage understanding of the democracy to widespread to all teenagers and juveniles.

2. To be the open stage for expressing opinions of teenagers and juveniles in the creative aspects.

3. To set up the public hearing for juveniles.

4. To open the opportunities for juveniles to meet and interact with friends who have similar concepts, ideologies as well as attitudes.

5. To build up the opportunities for teenagers and juveniles to find their own way of life.

6. To cooperate to do good things for Thai society.

7. To integrate the inheritage of the “October 14 people”.

8. To be the activities group that reflects the democracy concept especially in the aspect of equality of rights and freedom of people to the public as well as the the social condition in general.

9. To be the activities group that fights for the democracy especially in the aspect of equality of rights and freedom of people to the public as well as the the social condition in general.

10. To be the activities group that encourages campaigns and expressions of teenagers and juveniles in regard to democracy.

11. To be the activities group that exchanges ideas, opinions as well as reflects the viewpoints which can be different about the current social condition, the issues of democracy, rights and freedom of people, etc.

Projects and Activities

Long-term project is the plan for defining the direction of the group in order to open opportunities for new generation to have the stage for expressing idea liberally within the frame of democracy regime. Furthermore, it will build up opportunities for juveniles to find their own way of life. Our group has so many activitiy plans to implement in various area such as setting up the meeting and joint activities for juveniles in the creative aspects, opening the opportunities for juveniles to participate in expressing opinions in many issues which are the talk of the town, setting up the public hearing forum for juveniles’ perspectives, building up opportunities for juveniles to find their own way of life by taking internship in the organizations that they are interested in, being volunteer for helping social work, etc.
